Are Brussels, Copenhagen and Berlin good places for a 16 year old girl to visit?

My family is thinking about visiting Copenhagen and a few nearby cities sometime soon. Would I (16 year old girl) find the trip interesting and fun? I REALLY want to go to these places (especially Brussels), but I just don't know very much about them.

  1. Go. Of course! Not many 16 year old girls have this opportunity. I did not get to go to Europe until I was 29! GO..you will LOVE IT!!
  2. Say Hi to my friend in Berlin for me would ya?! Um, yes I think any city in Europe is a cool place to visit. If you want to, do the researching for yourself.
  3. I went to brussels about 3 years ago and it was really nice. Good food. Most of todays modern day teens would probably find it boring. But I loved it. Europe is just so beautiful. GO GO GO!!
  4. As long as you arnt by yourself and you like yer family then u will be fine...
  5. It will be fascinating dear! Get out there and travel! Study about the places, talk to people that have been there, or live there presently. You will enjoy it, i bet! Cheers
  6. I lived in Denmark when I was 16 and I loved it. Copenhagen is a wonderful, fun place. Go to Tivoli, it's really cool. If you're open minded, and so are your parents, Christiania is a very interesting place to go. It's a social experiment inside Copenhagen where the residents make their living growing & selling hash. I'm NOT into that, but the buildings and the setup of the place is very interesting as most of these people are artists as well. Lots of shopping, lots of good resturaunts, lots of history. It's a harbor so there's boat tours to go on. I think you'll like it. I've never been to the other cities, but I've liked most places in Europe.

  8. Berlin rocks. It is a mega-hip city, a lot of things are happening there right now in arts and fashion. It has a legendary clubbing and party scene and many interesting sights from the Cold War and the Nazi era. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berlin http://wikitravel.org/en/Berlin If you feel like being naughty, remember that drinking age in Germany for beer and wine is 16. You could go along on the infamous pub crawl. http://www.newberlintours.com/nbt Just have some common sense and don't drink too much. You do not want to wake up with alcohol poisoning in the hospital. You will also need to go back to the hotel by midnight if you are not accompanied by somebody over 18, since you are not 18 yourself yet. (It is the law.)
  9. You will love it visit the Atomium fab and the grand place Brussels has it all and Evan for teens go to one of the chocolate factory's and try before you buy and see how they make it mmmmmmmm also go for a waffle with the fruit of your choice and fresh cream yummy gosh I feel the pounds filing on but you can walk it off Berlin another great city never been to Copenhagen and never heard anything bad you enjoy and have a ball
  10. I'd say...take the opportunity to visit these cities with your family! I never been to Copenhagen but I'm sure it's beautiful! I included the link to the official website off Brussels so you can take a look...
  11. All three of these cities are great for young people to visit. Brussels has a lot of areas that are like the old cities of medieval times. They have some beautiful ancient architecture there. Berlin is where so much of 20th century history happened. There are many historical sites to see. In Copenhagen, I would avoid the Cristiana area - it's pretty vile - but the Tivoli gardens are a wonderful place for young people. There is a carnival-like atmosphere and lots of wholesome fun.
