How to go from gare du Nord (Bruxelles) to Hotel Formula1?

1. The Belgium train information site has an option to get travel information from door to door. I entered Brussels North station and the address from your question and got 4 different ways to travel. So you best do it yourself, so you can see the different ways and select the one most fitting to you: http://www.b-rail.be/nat/E/ If you go to the home-page you need to select national, door to door.
